How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed only through our website. No calls or emails. Just follow the simple steps on our website to place an order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You need to create an account to be able to place an order. Creating an account gives us more details like name, address, telephone number and also the recipient of the order if the buyer is not the recipient.
How can I return a product?
Products bought can't be returned. However internal/manufacturing damaged goods can be returned for refund or replacement so long as you are within the warranty period. Goods damaged by user such dropping on the floor to break and accidents have no warranty. Terms and conditions always apply.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship all our orders with air cargo. DHL to be precise. Delivery takes between 5 to 14 days also taking into consideration customs clearance and delays. Unforeseen circumstances can also play a role in delivery but in all we do our utmost best to deliver on time as stated on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Ghana and Senegal. Other countries will be added to our destinations in due time. How long will it take to get my package? Shipping times takes in average 5 days to two week all things being equal. Customs clearance and delays must also be taken into account.
What Payment methods are accepted?
For Ghana customers we offer safe payment through myghpay payment gateway from GT Bank. You can use MTN (Mobile money), creditcards like VISA or Mastercard and debitcards Cirrus or Maestro.
